Dear yangi-san

I found your artwork when I Googled for the definition of “yanagi”.  I was thrilled to see that you are an artist on dA and even more excited to see how talented you are.  I am writing this letter to fulfill a ten random word writing assignment which serpenscoda provided for me.  I also hope to spark your imagination on a piece of artwork that you may enjoy doing.

So, without further ado, here are the rest of the ten random words in the body of this letter.

May I be so bold as to appoint myself an impresario?  Not in terms of orchestrating an entertaining event, though that may be the byproduct of this adventure, but rather an artistic collaboration.  Here is what I am picturing:

A girl coifed in a Zinnia select hair style in red,  suitable for a magazine cover – perhaps one with long plaits.  At her side an ocelot on a gold chain leash.  A furrow free brow is a must.  I see this image on thermoses and lunch boxes all over the world.  Please do not misconstrue my meaning, I know that you will create a work of art that is museum worthy, but think of the commercial aspects!  $$$$$

These guidelines are not definitive by any means.

If you wish to converse further about this project, just contact me here at deviant-Art.

Thank you for your time, and keep on creating beautiful art!

Hugs,
HaikuKitty
I tried very hard to correct the typo on your name, yanagi-san but da will not let me edit it... Grrr... da is driving me buggy right now. :giggle:

I found yanagi-san here and she is amazing! I hope that you do not mind that I borrowed your name to create this letter. :D

sepenscoda increased the hardness factor, I hope I did OK!

My words were:

converse
definitive
furrow
impresario
misconstrue
ocelot
plait
thermos
yanagi
zinnia

Zinnia is supposedly the name of a very sought after hairstylist in India, however I could not find a web site to substantiate the claims on wiki, and they deleted it from the web site. So, I will just pretend.

Seriously, I was just a random word? That's too funny! :XD:
I've never heard of this project you're doing, but excellent work nonetheless; You tied a lot of those words in quite well!
If I find a sliver of time after the Holidays, I might just have to draw that picture you described! =D

Yep, just a random word! :giggle:

This was just a little project that I thought would help me out of my writing slump and help me to become better. And I am lucky enough to have some creative and talented people who are willing to play along with me. I have been having fun with it as well as increasing my imagination and vocabulary! :yay!: :D

If you feel inspired, I would love to see what you come up with. If not, that is ok too. I am just glad to have found you. You are very talented. I enjoyed looking through your gallery.

 :XD: :eyepopping: LOL
You are truly awesome! You have bested me with wit! :+fav: :worship:

Zinnia is also a type of flower (well, a flowering herb), but either would suffice; and yanagi means "willow," however I was greatly impressed by your creative approach. I can see that you are truly the master...

Perhaps you would be so kind as to provide me with another 10 words?

Aww... Thank you.

I was impressed with my creativity considering I did not figure out what yanagi meant for real. I was going to ask you once you commented. :D

Here are ten new words for you:

shell
leather
grandmother
twelfth
winter

power
wisdom
gift

Love your new quote, makes me giggle.

Thanks. Sorry it's taking me so long. Holidays, crazy people, etc, etc. I should have something by the weekend.

I'm not sure where I first found that quote. I think it might be from a movie. And I have many more...
